  1. I'd say that these past three days at Azla Vegan have been the best! Our second day was even better! We had the change to help prepare a dish. I forgot the name of the dish, but I will remember it. On friday, we helped Evan prepare a vegan pizza. We didn't get the chance to finish preparing it because we left home, but we are going to do it again on friday. I love my work site!

  2. The days that I've been to my internship were really good. I helped prepare a dish which has potatoes, carrots and curry. That is the meal that I like the most. Evan is the chef there and he is the one telling us what to do and shows us how to cut the vegetables a certain way.

  3. The past two weeks I've spent at Azla Vegan have been really fun! I've learned how to make different types of dishes and beverages & i'm also starting to learn about the importance of healthy eating. One dish that i learned how to make is called yata kilt which is made out of potatoes, carrots, and curry. It tastes delicious! Another dish we learned to make was a salad and it was kale with fried chick peas which also tasted pretty good. On friday last week we learned how to make pizza with Evan he's one of the chefs at Azla and the other chef is Azla Nes's mother although we didn't preparing it because we had to go home. We also learned how to make a beverage called chai tea & another beverage called sorrel. The chai tea tastes pretty good. So far i've been having fun at Azla Vegan and you learn many recipes in which you can help yourself and your family eat in a healthier way.
